Damaged Items Refund Policy


If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with the following:


Your order number or proof of purchase

Clear photos or videos showing the damage

Refund requests without proof of damage will not be accepted. Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
